RoadRunner is a complete joke and waste of time. Like the other reviews online this company is unreliable, incompetent, and has no business of doing business. The sales person, Ryan, took my order and explained to me that they would be able to get someone to pickup my car on the date I gave them, and if I were able to shell out an extra $150 to the driver ( which I did) that they would take extra care of me assuring my car would be picked up promptly or within the next day. If taking care of me meant not returning any of my calls, not being able to speak to a manager, not having a clue of when my car would be picked up and if they could get a driver out to me, then they did a great job. In the end I told them to cancel my order to pick up my car because it was not worth dealing w/ this joke of a company. The woman I spoke to on the phone actually agreed w/ me and said she would not use their own company! Don't be fooled w/ their low quotes because you get what you pay for. This company will only raise your blood pressure, create unnecessary stress, and having you wish you had read the awful reviews this company deservedly gets.
