We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible to delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. In your specific case the location and uncommon route caused issues of carrier delays. We kindly ask that our customers have patience as it is sometimes more difficult to locate carriers heading to off route locations such as Mobile, Alabama. We try to make the transport as smooth as possible by keeping our customers informed throughout the process and reiterate that all dates are estimated.
