On behalf of our team here at Road Runner Auto Transport we apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. In the transport industry we are sometimes susceptible to delays due to circumstances that are out of our control. When transporting a vehicle we need to work within a broad time span for pickup and deliveries which all depends on our carriers route. We apologize that we were unable to meet the exact time frame you needed. We understand this, sincerely apologize and have since fully refunded you.
