This company is the worst I have ever used in the past 15 years of frequent moves and auto shipping cross country. As soon as I requested a quote from this company my vehicle was listed on the board at a much higher rate than what was quoted. When I couldn't get a hold of anyone from this company after 30 phone calls and subsequent hang ups when the agent heard that I wasn't looking to get a quote or book a new vehicle with them, I booked with a different shipper and here we are 4 weeks later and my vehicle is STILL posted under Roadrunner and it is causing drivers to not pick up my vehicle because there are two different rates offered and two different companies look like they are double booking my vehicle. No driver wants to show up to pick up a vehicle that has already been picked up. The one person I did get on the phone for more than 3 seconds shouted at me and hung up. I am disgusted at this terrible company. All of this added stress and added expenses because I asked for a quote from their company. F rating. Absolutely awful company.
