We never used their service and for one reason, "Communication or lack there of". We called the company talked with an agent who was nothing but positive about shipping my car from Pittsburgh to Arizona. He gave me a quote and told me he would be emailing me all the information. We never received anything. For two whole days we tried contacting them through emails, telephone and their website contact form and absolutely no replies. Finally I got through and they told me they are working on it. Again nothing, I had to cancel my request/order.
I ended up finding another company called Auto Shipping Group who from day one wanted my business. No matter what question or concern Kimberly Freiley returned my call or email. Currently my car is on the way and they are stilling responding to all my communication.
