Filled out the quote form on the computer, giving a tentative pick up date 5 days later. Received a prompt response and a phone call offering any assistance needed. 3 days later after the car was purchased, I filled out the online form and paid by credit card. I stated the car would be available for pick up 2 days later. The following day was contacted and told the car could be picked up (in Pennsylvania) the next day and delivered (Louisville, Ky) 1 day later. Everything was super smooth and efficient. The pick up was right on time as was the delivery. The car arrived in advertised condition and the driver most knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend this firm.
