Scott, thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and unfortunately after declining the first available carrier at your quoted price, the cost for a driver willing to accommodate a payment entirely on a credit card was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline. All feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you took to share your experience with us.
