Johannes, we are very sorry to read that you chose to cancel your transport with us before we were able to assist you with moving your vehicle. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and the cost to move your vehicle was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive, and you have the option to accept or decline. All feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you took to share your experience with us.
