Diane, we are sorry to hear that things didn’t run as smoothly as anticipated and for any inconveniences this delay may have caused you. We typically provide our carriers a 48 hour window before cancellation and payment is taken at the time of carrier confirmation. All of our carriers are selected for transport based on an internal rating system, we appreciate your taking the time out to share your experience with us. Your feedback provides us the opportunity to address these concerns with the carrier who was assigned to your transport.
