RoadRunner did an excellent job at keeping me informed on my vehicle that was being transferred from Ohio to my state of California. I called on a few different occasions for info on the car and its whereabouts. The driver was friendly and he arrived right when he said he would. I don't know if Ill ever have to transfer a car across the country again but if I do ill definitely use roadrunner again.
