Entirely bad experience. Was quoted a price of $945 for one way from NY to FL for my car. Then on the day before pickup was scheduled, dispatch called and said good news - we have a car carrier for you, but it is more money. I said no and waited for another truck. Then another truck was assigned, but there was a $27 credit card fee. We made arrangements to use this company. Then everything went quiet for 48-72 hours. The truck was supposed to contact me directly and did not do so for 2 days. I tried to contact RoadRunner several times by phone and email and could not get anyone. Then last minute on the day of pickup, the truck called and said they could not pick up until the following day impacting my schedule. The car was ultimately dropped off in Florida in one piece and in good condition, but was also a day late on that end also. Would not use this company again.
