Michelle, thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address your issues. There was a delay in assigning a carrier as the original route you had requested was not being frequented by our carriers. In our carrier assignment process, It is not typical to include routes across state lines like the Hudson river, or routes that are over an hour away from the preferred delivery location. We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced and regret that you chose to cancel with us before we were able to assist you with your transport.
