Robert, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with us here at RoadRunner Auto Transport. Yelp has a negative reputation as customers tend to complain there more frequently. We have many highly satisfied customers who leave us positive reviews on more reputable review sites across the web. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and the cost was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline. Cancellation fees are collected as compensation for the carrier's loss who will need to be rerouted. Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address your feedback.
