Dean, we are sorry to read that your experience was anything less than five stars and apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. Unfortunately, your delivery location is off route and not frequented by our carrier network. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and the cost was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline.
