I was fairly ignorant of the shipping process, so when the ready date came and went without anything happening, I was stressed. More communication would have been nice, but now that I know the process, it’s no big deal. It took two weeks for a carrier to commit to transporting my car, but that was not RoadRunner’s fault, they are at the mercy of carriers, same as the customer. Once a carrier was assigned, the truck driver was very helpful, giving progress updates, including a day’s delay because of truck problems. The car was delivered as promised, in the condition it was in when it was picked up. No complaints!
