Worst Experience EVER!! Booked & reserved 1 month in advance for a cross country transport of a BMW sedan. Made all airfare arrangements around our son’s move. Day of transport pick up comes and no one shows or contacts us. We tried all day to get through to a human. (Humans only answer to book you, not actually service you). After finally speaking to a human, they say our reservation number changed (no call) and were trying to arrange for a pick up (not sure what the last month was for?). Day 2 of wait, and NOTHING! So now one of us is stuck driving 2500 miles cross country and shipping suitcases planned to be taken on plane. This company sucks and cannot be depended on for your plans. Call someone else. No humans here!!!
