I would rate my experience with Road Runner average in terms of customer service. They are excellent in getting you a quote but when you follow up with them on the phone, no one answers, not even on the chat online. For readers who will consider Road Runner, it is better to email them in their contact support email on the website and someone will respond. I would like to commend the Driver, Victor who is an excellent one. He would call where he is and expected time to pick up and he is always within the time frame from pick up to delivery. I hope you can choose a driver like Victor, very prompt and he really knows the ins and outs of transporting.
