Frank, we strive to provide excellent customer service and regret the experience you have had with us. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators, and the cost was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline. Additionally, our sales representatives typically assist with the initial booking of your reservation, any inquiries after then are routed to our dedicated customer service line.
