Jon, we sincerely apologize for the issues that occurred with your shipment. We typically provide our carriers a 48-hour window before cancellation and assigning a new carrier. All our carriers are selected for transport based on an internal rating system- we appreciate your taking the time out to share your experience with us. Your feedback provides us the opportunity to address these concerns with the carrier who was assigned to your transport.
