I spoke with Nick the first time, he sent a quote by text immediately but when I called to confirm the dates he added another 150$.
I wanted to update the address but could never reach him again after he took my credit card. I did get through customer service after that.I had filled my trunk and back seat till the window line with household goods.
My car was assigned for pickup on the date I wanted and delivered a day earlier. I had a friend who could take delivery.
Anyways the guy who came to pick up the car was friendly, l wanted to know if he was going to park it in any remote garage because of the things I had in the car, he said it was safe and he was accessible to the truck at all times.He called me after delivering the car.
Overall a good experience, I would have given 5 if Nick would have called back the umpteen times I tried to reach him, because he did pick up till he got my credit card details.
