The driver kept in close contact before pick up and drop off so we knew what was happening at all times, my car arrived early on the other end. RoadRunner staff also contacted me throughout the process so I never had to worry about what was happening. Overall a very good experience and if I should ever need to have a car transported again, I would definitely use RoadRunner again.
