Josh, we appreciate the opportunity to address your situation. We typically assign a carrier to your vehicle’s shipment on your provided ready date because this practice has proven the most successful way to prevent last minute carrier cancellations. Drivers’ schedules are tight and constantly changing, therefore we advise that all dates associated with shipment are estimates and are subject to change. Your ready date had been successfully changed to 1/8 and the agents you were in contact with notated each change you requested to your itinerary to best assist you. We are sorry to hear that you chose to cancel your shipment with us before we were able to assist you with your vehicles transport.
