Max, unfortunately because the first carrier we assigned to your transport was unable to follow thru we assigned another carrier to transport your vehicle that valued the space on their trailer higher than expected. Our insurance is offered as an additional measure of security however is always optional. We are sorry to see that you chose to cancel your shipment with us for these reasons, your payment has since been refunded.
