Anthony Albano treated me very rudely when I received a call back for an online quote. He became aggressive once I mentioned I was waiting on other quotes and asked why it would take so long since their quote is instantaneous. Which by the way was not correct, $1245 on the initial email but $1351 when he called. Providing incorrect estimates will probably increase the speed at which they are generated. He asked why I was shopping around and was price a concern. I said, of course, I would like the best price. He became condescending and frustrated and abruptly hung up. I called back and advised of the events that transpired with Anthony Albano I also mentioned that I was leaning towards Road Runner but waiting for other quotes when the representative started questioning me why I didn't then and started getting agitated. I asked him to calm down as I am the customer and shouldn't be treated this way but was hung up on again. I tried calling a few more times to talk to a supervisor but was harassed and hung upon. To roadrunner, I'm sure there will be some story of why or how I was being aggressive called multiple times asking for a supervisor and that is fine. But if you are going to refute, I will ask you to attach the calls if they are recorded. I was lucky that I didn't give these people my car. Stay away from roadrunner and especially Anthony Albano (888) 777-2123 ext 527.
