Roadrunner has now had our car for 14 days traveling from Orlando to Las Angeles.. We call daily trying to reach dispatch or customer service at RoadRunner as car was to arrive in LA May 16th.. When we call, we are put on hold and then line disconnects, no answer, and on occasion when we reach someone, they are uninformed customer service. On day 14 of RR having our vehicle, I reach a live person and they state that as of today at 12:55, the truck has broken down. We know that because we have the drivers cell phone and it has been broken down in Louisiana for 10 days yet RR says they just found out about this today. I asked to speak to a manager who can further help because I am hearing contradictory updates and I'm transferred to a VM with a computer generated voice that says this is 'Pamela'. Hello Pamela - how about a return phone call! Completely unprofessional and dishonest organization. This experience is unacceptable. Not only did I overpay to have a vehicle shipped, I am now paying for a rental car. BTW, I am aware the delivery dates can fluctuate a little but the customer service lack of knowledge as to the location of our vehicle is very disappointing and dishonest. Unethical company - DO NOT USE!
