Andy, after careful evaluation of your records, we found that you were given inaccurate information perhaps as a mistake or a deliberate defamatory action taken by a competitor. We feel this is in error as the number you stated does not accurately reflect the prices we have on file in your orders history. Additionally, because carriers are owner operators who set their own pricing we will always confirm a carrier’s costs with you before proceeding, you were presented with the option to confirm or deny this second carriers rates and were given the chance to wait for another carrier if this price was not acceptable. We are sorry if this was misunderstood, your situation will be utilized to improve or services for future customers and thank you for your feedback.
