I originally hired a transport company to pick up an auction car for me. The day I scheduled I was told pickup would be that day or tomorrow. Each day after that I was told it would be tomorrow. Finally I had enough with the lies and I had to pay storage charges now. This is when I found this site and read the reviews for the company I originally hired (they were bad!). I found Roadrunner and got an honest answer immeadiately. Phil did a great job for me and I will and have used him since then.
