Decent experience, but not great

The main thing is the vehicle arrived safely without damage, so that deserves 4 stars. There were a lot of issues: they were very slow to confirm the pickup date, and then once confirmed the driver called and wanted to show up earlier, which didn't work for us. They claim to have chat capabilities on their website, but it never worked for us, it always just said it was currently unavailable. So you have to call. One call was answered within a few minutes, but a call on Saturday was on hold for well over an hour before finally being answered, while the automated message said repeatedly you could go on their website and chat, which of course didn't actually work. Their automated emails were also incorrect. The carrier also claimed that they couldn't deliver the car close to our house due to turns, but when instructed how to get there he said it couldn't be done. After trying it another way he called back and we repeated the instructions and then he was able to pull up in front of our house.
