My driver was absolutely amazing. He was so polite, patient with my elderly father, super helpful, and very communicative. I cannot speak highly enough of the driver. Roadrunner is frustrating. Not all reps are cordial on the phone, quoted price was lower than actual price to ship, took a week to find a driver through this brokering service. The rep simply explained “it’s a bad time to ship a vehicle” when confronted with the issues from my perspective. You’re not able to reach your sales manager, only contact will be with multiple customer service reps.
