I booked a transport through Roadrunner transportation for my Lamborghini Uris, and it was to be delivered on 8-9-23 and the car is still not here 8-11-23. When I called roadrunner they could not tell me where the car was. This is not very professional at all. It's over a 300k car and no one knows where it is!. Allison is the person I spoke with at roadrunner and she was being very difficult and not helpful with this issue, very unprofessional. She would not provide the drivers information or location, which is very frustrating. Communication from Roadrunner has been none existent, as I didn't get an email or a call letting me know the car was going to be delivered late or at all. This has been the worst experience using a transport company ever and will be writing reviews of my experience using roadrunner. No pictures have been sent to me as well from when the driver picked up the car, I'm just disgusted with this company, Do not use this company for transports
