I booked with Road Runner thinking that transactions would be smooth. I am suppose to get my car picked up tomorrow for a transport to another state. When you call Road Runner to ask questions about the carrier and how we can coordinate, I cannot get someone on the phone. Nobody picks up your call once they charge your credit card or get your money. I am disappointed the fact that I trusted Road Runner auto transport first without doing some research. How can a business don't even pick up calls and no one is available unless they intentionally ignore you because they don't have a carrier assigned or plainly don't care about customers. There is no way to find out about anything, there is no one to speak to about your shipment, phone calls just rings forever. I sent numerous emails and phone calls, but nothing comes back from them. At this point, I am trying to cancel this transaction. The biggest issue with them is that I don't even have a carrier who is in contact with me when supposedly SLK International is assigned to this job. Trying to ship my son's car and i stepped into a disaster.
