stuck 18 days with out truck

Wow what a nightmare, car sat 10 days in Iowa, be fore we were told? Very rude people there, never returned calls, 3 weeks after my truck was picked up it arrived. the truck had a half tank of gas, when we got it , it was on empty? 50 miles used, unreal, this company needs to be run out of biz. Again do not use, unless you dont need your car for awhile. no help from company, complaint filed in Iowa, and Illinois with the BBB. stay clear!!!!!
