Do not do business with this company, they are completely unorganized, they will not return your calls, they will give you the run around, and they never come through on their promises. They told me they would pick up my car on Monday January 2nd. When the second came I did not get any call from them and I tried to call them repeatedly with no answer. So I decided to book another company. Then suddenly without warning they show up at my house on Friday January 6th to pick up the car. I asked the driver what happened and said they were trying to rearrange the schedule the last couple of days. I asked him when will my car arrive in California. I was shipping from Illinois. He said I promise you it will be there before next Friday. Friday the 13th roles around and still no word about the car. I call and ask them for the status and no one answers. I finally get through after many tries and the company says sorry for the inconvience the car will be there before Tuesday the 17th. Well it is Tuesday the 17th. I call road runner back today to ask them where is my car. He then informs me that my car will get to CA the earliest on Friday the 20th now, but probably it will arrive on Monday the 23rd. I am like WTF. You just keep pushing to back and back and he blames it on the weather. So I am still without a car for over 3 weeks. This company is a fraud and they do not care about their customers, are rude on the phone, and say everything to get your car and once you get your car they never respond again. This guy Corey will try to sell you up, but dont fall for it. This company has 10+ claims filed with the Better Business Bureau. I do not know how they are still in operation, but if I do not see my car here by this weekend I am filing claim too.
