To start off i ship my car at least twice a year so i have delt with many different companies. Initially everything went great they were about $50 dollars less than everyone else, Michael was very promt in getting back and helping anyway he could. So i felt good about the company and paid the $150 deposit 'that shows on our statement goes towards the total', all of the sudden Michael was not so easy to get ahold of. From here our car was picked up about a week late and arrived late. when we finnaly were able to pick up our car we then found out our deposit went to Michael not the truck company. So we called Michael who was rude and unprofessional to my wife and I. After many many calls and emails that prooved to Michael that he had "messed up/ lied" on our invoice still never lived up to his "mistake". Unless offering to give us a $50 dollar gift card is good enough. i really wish i could show the email conversations and how unprofessional Michael is. "Welcome to America" as Michael says. Needless to say i will never use this company again.
