I am very furious, not sure how i should start out. Anyway, i started out by checking out the review here, just like everyone else. I was quoted $699 and 30 days garanteed delivery service. well, today marks the 30th day. no follow up email, no phone call either FROM rock botom company. Guy(MICHEAL) is total trash, i paid $100 deposit and while making the payment he said the driver will be there to pick the car the next day which would have been 14th jan 2013; and then he assurd me delivery would be by end of 31 jan 2013. when the driver did not show up on jan 14th, i called and verified about it; now he says the first available dats is jan 16th; even though i was very upset; i just had to do it b/c he offered very low price; 30 day guaranteed. every time i sent an email making surei will be gtting car in 30 days; he would just reply by saying 30 day guaranteed; i inquired wht if no driver picks up? he asnwered 30 day guaranteed. At one point, i was very upset, i was talking to him in high tone; he did the same back at me..went on to saing M*F**, bla bla, just as low trashy people... ANYWAYS GUYS SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME; DNT EVEN DEAL WITH ANY BROKERS PERIOD. GO WITH REPUTABLE FREIGHT COMPANY TO GET GUARANTEED SERVICE.
I LEARNED MY LESSON WITH THIS MORON; HOPEFULLY I AM NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS ANYMORE GOING FOWARD. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS TO BACK WHAT I JUST SAID ABOVE AS A PROOF.
