I was quoted a price of $429.99 to transport my truck from New Jersey to Florida. A deposit of $129.99 was taken. I was told my truck would be picked up in 7 days. When it wasn't picked up, Mike told me it was 7 business days. Well 7 business days passed. I had a hard time reaching Mike. When I finally did, used a storm and a holiday weekend as excuses. He asked me to pay $300.00 more for the transport. He admitted that he could not transport my truck for the quoted price. I refused to pay more money and decided to cancel. I was then told my refund would take 21 days to receive. Well, as of today, it has been 38 business days. I have e-mailed him and left voice mail messages and have had no response. This company is a total rip off. He doesn't respond to contacts and when he does makes excuses and is very dishonest. He is sarcastic and demeaning. Buyer beware. Don't get ripped off like I did. Use another company.
