We have contacted the customer many times so he can update the situation, yes my driver did not answer his phone, and we could not get a hold of him The customer though that the driver stole his car and now will not answer his calls. The driver had some problems, he did not hear his phone and so he could not have answered it. The car was delivered safe and sound in exactly the same state it was picked up in.
