An amazing experience. Nelson the representative was very responsive and accommodate my petitions on how I wanted to pay. He al made sure I get the driver contact information and was diligent even after hours to make sure driver showed up. Very polite. The driver was humble,, polite and communicated and answered my calls and txt messages. Royal is the place to go to transport and vehicle. Recommended.
