Nelson, an agent of this company, has been extremely unprofessional, harassing and tried to take advantage of my situation. First he wanted me to stop working with companies that were listing my 29 ft School bus, to be shipped 2000 miles, for 3K. I was trying to explain to him that we had been trying at lower costs for over a week and it wasn't working. I told him the cost being that low did not matter. I explained that I need to move this bus asap. Instead of giving me a viable option, I get an email quote sent over for $9k. I told him that's ridiculous and no. He kept texting me. I told him he needed to stop contacting me. He kept texting other rates. Now he could do no lower than $8,500, than it was 6K and I won't find another driver lower than that if I don't accept his offer. I told him no and to not post anything as I won't work with him. I blocked his number. The next day, I was then contacted by the reputable company, that I had been working with, that now there wasn't any movement on bids because Nelson put a 7K bid on over night, he was told not only will I not work with him and his company but I can never pay over 5K. I called Royal Auto Ship when he refuse to remove the post and kept telling me it was the best I could do. I spoke with the company, they did remove the post yet Nelson kept contacting me. I thought I finally got rid of them and now 4+ days later he is trying again. Only this time he wants to know who the driver was that took my bus. I want nothing to do with your company or Nelson. This is harassment. It shouldn't take this many texts, calls, emails to stop this. No one is to contact me again. I used a reputable company and agent who didn't take advantage and booked it for thousands less with the same arrival date but it was still picked up much later because of this company's inappropriate manner of business. I don't understand how they have good ratings. Check out Safeeds, they are a very respectable and hard working company.
