Royal Auto Ship LLC, Philadelphia, PA I want to start by saying that although I have used auto transport brokers before, you’re never too old to learn. I had a great experience with Alan from ROYAL AUTO SHIP LLC, Philadelphia, PA and learned something that I would like to share. There is no doubt this is my go-to transport broker in the future. There are numerous brokers out there with excellent ratings, but they’re not all what they appear. Some of you may already know this, but to me it’s something new. A week ago, I researched top rated brokers from websites such as Transport Reviews, Trust Pilot and listed my request in AutoShip and Shipli. I was contacted by numerous brokers offering various quotes thousands of dollars apart. I would get low quotes from some, trying to get me to sign an exclusive agreement which I declined. Later I learned that the quote I was being offered was an estimate and not an actual quote. In addition, I learned that the same brokers that offered me a low quote, were offering my bid much higher to transport companies and therefore ruining the chances for others that were listing the bid much lower. Once I learned this was happening, I cancelled all the other brokers from listing my quote and decided to stay with Alan at Royal Auto Ship. Within hours Alan was able to secure me a driver to transport my vehicle at a very reasonable price that other brokers claimed was impossible. After the vehicle was picked up, Alan kept me informed until it was delivered.
