I booked this transport from Bob in Illinois who seemed lie he had my best interest at heart. He stated in an email that I did not need to be home when they brought the vehicle as I work an hour away. This was a lie. Then when I wasn't there as he knew I would n't be he started issuing me orders, to call him right now, telling me the driver wasn't going to sit there all day. When I explained to him via text that i was in a meeting and couldn't talk right now he became even more upset and gave made nasty comments to me via text. I have contacted the company and they have chosen to ignore the situation. In the world of business if you have a good experience you will tell one or two people, if you have have had a bad experience, you will a lot of people. I will make sure that no one knows to use this company.
