I have been using SGT Auto Transport for over 10 years, for shipping family cars to and from Michigan and Florida.
Stephano can usually take car of my needs within one week, and always answers my calls and text messages.
Sometimes you get a bad apple.
In Michigan, there are several quality trucking companies, including TDK, but ask that Mick not be the driver, their other drivers are great.
Also stay away from Jenna in Dearborn, unprofessional.
The hispanic companies in Orlando offer great service.
Stephano will note which companies you liked and disliked, so he will not schedule your car with them in the future.
