The pickup process took longer than expected (almost 2 weeks). However, once pickup was scheduled the process was simple and the driver reached out 3-4 times during his trip to communicate when he would arrive. Overall, we are very happy with the service we received and would have given 5 stars if our vehicle was picked up sooner.
