Biggest mistake I ever made!

Very unreliable!!! Don't engage this company. In my opinion and based on my experience April 14, 2022, you will severely regret it. At the beginning, I was coxed into paying additional money to "guarantee" a 2 day window pickup. A pickup that they never could commit to and delivery on. They never updated me on there efforts or my order status. I always had to place multiple calls to get informatio right up to the target move date. I repeatedly was told they were working on it, but all I got was repeated unfulfilled promises, put-offs, delays, excuses and stall tactics.. Even when I was finally told pick-up could be scheduled that afternoon, later that day I was told they couldn't get ahold of the driver...it never happened. On the last day of when the car was suppose to be picked up I finally gave up on their lies and cancelled the order via email and voice message. The following hours were met withnumerous return emails, voice messages and text messages stating they were ready to pick up my car. It appears they are not willing to negotiate on your behalf by offering drivers reasonable pay to take up your order. Rather they must be greedy and holding on to as much pay as possible. That's why drivers aren't bidding on the job. If you don't like getting the run around, being jerked around, told untruths, then go with somebody else. I will never again use a BROKERAGE house like SGT for auto shipping services. I will pay the little extra and go with a truly quality company that has their own transports and drivers such as IntercIty Transport.
