I needed to transport my car from Louisiana to California. I applied online in order to book my car transportation. At first I was worried in the beginning because even though I received a confirmation email, no one reached out to me via phone. I ended up emailing customer service and the reply was very quick! They contacted me once the transporter, Vladimir was dispatched and he made sure to communicate with me the whole way from pick up to drop off. He was awesome! The car was picked up Friday afternoon and it was dropped off Sunday morning in one piece just like I handed it off to Vladimir. It was great because I got to pack a few things inside the vehicle as well. SGT definitely made my move very smooth and easy! Thank you!
