Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience caused in the transportation of your vehicle. As per our T&C, the dates mentioned are estimated and not guaranteed. We have received options for pick-up on 1/24-25, however they were turned down since route is relatively short and the carriers were not able to meet the delivery restrictions. There was a one-day delay from the carrier, for which they offered a discount. There were no other changes made to the quote you have initially agreed upon. We understand that this situation has caused frustration, and we apologize for that. We appreciate your feedback and your order will be audited to improve the quality of our service!
