We understand that this situation may have caused frustration and inconvenience, and we would like to extend our apologies for any negative experience you may have had with our services.
Please note that as per the terms and conditions of our contract, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing before assigning a carrier for the deposit to be refunded. Our records indicate that there was no cancellation email or request from you prior to the carrier being assigned.
We would like to make it right and as a gesture of good will, we would like to offer you a gift code that you can use in restaurants in your area as a compensation for the inconvenience caused.
