Regarding insurance coverage, we would like to clarify that as per our Terms and Conditions, the carrier is responsible for any damages that occur during transit. We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for all shipments, and there is no deductible for our customers. We apologize if this was not communicated clearly to you.
We regret that the carrier assigned to your shipment did not uphold their responsibilities and failed to provide a solution. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this must have caused you.
