We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We want to assure you that damage complaints are treated with the utmost seriousness, and our team is actively working to assist in resolving this issue. We fully understand the frustration and inconvenience that this situation has caused you, and we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for it.
Furthermore, we recognize that the carrier's role is to provide assistance and take responsibility when a damage case arises. We apologize that this was not the case with this particular carrier. To prevent any other customer from experiencing a similar situation, we have already implemented precautions and measures against this carrier company.
