It is crucial to emphasize that we provide and operate within an estimated, not guaranteed, pickup window, as outlined in the terms and conditions of the contract. During this time, there were limited carrier options for this particular route. Consequently, when our dispatch team identified an alternative option, it was promptly presented to you. We place a high value on communication, and whenever an alternative option becomes available, we ensure to present it to our customers, allowing them to decide based on what the best course of action for them is.
